ASSEMBLY MODELING

Cadability Inc. can provide "top down" assembly design, which entails creating individual components and then "assembling" them in our software package. This allows our customers to see their components in an assembled configuration. We can then check for fit, interferences, and functionality. Our three dimensional solid modeling package will link itself to the three dimensional part files and to a two dimensional drawing files, so once you make a change anywhere in the design process, all of the linked files will update automatically. We can create mating relationships between components to simulate motion in the assembly. This all provides an additional interaction for our customers to reassure that their design is fully functional before any time or money is spent on manufacturing.
